Information we receive

When you submit a demo, the Google Form may collect the artist name, email address, private demo link, optional Beatport profile, message and confirmation that you own the necessary rights. If you contact us about booking, we receive the information included in your email.

Why we use it

We use this information to review demo submissions, respond to enquiries, manage possible releases or bookings and maintain necessary business communications. We do not sell submitted personal information.

Third-party services

The website can display content from Google Forms, Spotify, YouTube, Beatport and Facebook. These services may receive technical information when their content is loaded. External media remains blocked until you give consent.

Retention and your rights

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was submitted and any applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent, by contacting us at the email above. You may also contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe your rights have not been respected.

We use HTTPS and limit access to submissions to the accounts used to manage Kimbo Records. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable measures are used to protect submitted information.
